From standstill to renewed momentum.
With very few viewings and challenging rental situations, the property had reached a standstill. After the tenants moved out, the villa was transformed, realigned, and its overall impact was significantly enhanced. This was followed by new enquiries and more positive rental arrangements. Today, the property is on the market for sale.
I would use this second version for the website. It is quick to read and creates curiosity without presenting a sale that has not yet taken place as a success story.
